Antonio Alkana - QUALIFIES FOR THE IAAF World Senior Championships 2015

Antonio Alkana, one of the Western Provinces Athletics track & field stars, departed for Europe last month in his quest to qualify for the IAAF World Championships.  Last night in Finland, at the Paavo Nurmi Games, Antonio reached a new highlight in his athletics career when he ran a legal time that exceeds the minimum standard to compete at the 2015 IAAF World Senior Championships in Beijing.  His time last night was 13.47 (-0.3 wind).
