Comrades is over - Time to set the Foundation for your IMPROVED RUNNING NOW!
It’s a time for recovery, low distance short sessions a couple of times a week, BUT importantly a time to focus on improving the basics:
THIS IS THE IDEAL TIME TO REVIEW AND MAKE CHANGES
The following 70-90 practical sessions are held around the country from 13 - 20 June and each one is limited to a Maximum of 25 - 30 runners.
 
The Cape Town sessions will be hosted at the following clubs; Strand, Durbanville and VOB.
 
* Running technique
* Correction of style 
* Improved efficiency
* Correct shoe choice 
* Experience the feel and benefit of Elliptigo running cycle (as used by Halie Gebrsellassie and Meb Keflezighi -2:12  Boston 6th one week short of 40 years age)
* Functional training exercises to strengthen running muscles.

Please bring running clothes suitable for weather
(Running is limited in distance and able to be handled by anyone-- There will be a short warm up and then running will not be longer than around 50 metres at a time..)
